Job description
Summit Health Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in a physician-led multispecialty network. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, working with primary care physicians, surgeons and specialists to ensure seamless treatment.
You will conduct initial evaluations, create prognosis-based plans, and reassess progress while coordinating with the health-care team in a supportive setting.
