Job description
Apex Home Health in Orange City, Florida is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our compassionate home health team. You will assess patients' functional status, mobility, and pain, and work with the care team to develop and implement an effective treatment plan.
You’ll perform interventions to improve well-being, document progress, and ensure care aligns with state guidelines. Qualified PTs must hold a Florida license and CPR certification; a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
