Job description
Autism 360 is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a hybrid role in Gastonia, NC, combining center-based and in-home ABA sessions. You will provide 1:1 therapy, support learners in developing communication, social, and daily living skills, and work with your BCBA and team to implement individualized plans.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with transportation between locations required. A current RBT certification and a High school diploma or equivalent are required.
