Job description
PLS is seeking a Store Manager for our Compton, CA location. You will lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive store performance to meet financial goals.
The role requires a minimum of two years of management experience in retail or related industries, with strong communication and teamwork. English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.
