Job description
DSI has an immediate career opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager in the Bossier City, Louisiana area. You will lead sales performance across an assigned retail territory, onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates, and drive weekly store execution while personally selling each week to stay sharp.
You will monitor KPIs, recruit and interview staff, and ensure payroll accuracy. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required for this role, with weekends as part of the schedule.
