E-Coat Machine Operator/Drop 3-3rd ShiftE-Coat Process Technician – 3rd ShiftFull-TimeKings Mountain, NC$22.50 per hourSunday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AMMust be available for overtime as needed.We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented E-Coat Process Technician to monitor and maintain chemical solutions, equipment, and process conditions to ensure quality and efficient production.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and adjust chemical solutions, paint materials, and deionized water levelsMonitor temperature, flow, pressure, and other E-Coat process specificationsClean and recharge tanks, replace filters, and perform routine equipment maintenancePerform testing and accurately maintain written and computer-based recordsTroubleshoot mechanical and process issuesMaintain inventory of chemicals, parts, and suppliesWork with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and vendors to resolve process issuesFollow OSHA, SDS, 5S, and company safety requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport continuous improvement and other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMechanical troubleshooting abilityBasic math and data analysis skillsBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to climb ladders up to 6 feetAbility to perform fine motor skills required for lab testingReliable attendance and ability to work required overtimePreferred QualificationsPrevious E-Coat/electrocoating or chemical processing experienceExperience with chemical analysisForklift experience or certificationManufacturing experienceCore CompetenciesE-Coat, Chemical Processing, Manufacturing, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Process Monitoring, Quality Control, Safety, Computer Skills, Data Entry, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Reliability
