Job description
Stepan Company, located in Elwood, IL, is seeking an experienced Maintenance E&I Planner to develop and manage E&I maintenance work packages for corrective repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment modifications. You will define job scopes, procure materials, coordinate outages, and provide technical recommendations to support reliable plant operations.
The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, reading P&ID, and knowledge of AC/DC power systems, SCADA, and PLC
