Operations SpecialistLevel AI is a fast-growing, AI-first Customer Experience Intelligence platform backed by top-tier investors and founded by leaders from Amazon, Google, and Meta.Role - We're looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist to partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combines executive support, business operations, and offsite management in a fast-paced startup environment.Responsibilities:Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficientlyTrack leadership priorities, KPIs, and action itemsSupport hiring operations and onboardingHelp maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadencesPlan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-endSupport ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scalesQualifications:3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environmentExperience supporting senior executives in high-growth environmentsComfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting prioritiesStrong organization, communication, and judgmentSelf-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownershipComfortable working in-office with leadershipWhy Level AI:High-impact, founder-facing roleBroad ownership and visibilityCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to grow with a category-defining AI company
