We are currently seeking talented and motivated production workers.Preferred candidates will be individuals who can work on their feet for extended periods, are willing to work overtime and weekends as needed, and are adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.Available Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 - 10:30 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:30 pm - 6:30 am)Pay: $20.75 - $21.49 an hour - this includes $1.00 differentialResponsibilitiesPerform basic assembly of components and sub-assembliesOperate resistance spot weld machines or laser machinesAssist Hot Stamp Operator with set-up and operation of hot stamp linesPerform basic safety inspections on equipment and record dataComplete SPC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as requiredFollow instructions to ensure accurate productionMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to safety guidelines and protocolsSkillsProficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assemblyMechanical knowledge to understand equipment operationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlinesAble to work in a warm environment during summer timeStrong attention to detail and quality controlExperience working in a manufacturing setting is preferredAbility to understand verbal work instructions provided in EnglishAwareness, Unity, EmpowermentAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
