Our recent grads earned between $250K–$350K in salary alone, not including sign on bonuses, 401K, CE and other benefits in their first year!
They did it with a great support system behind them: highly skilled nurses, experienced ER and surgical mentorship, weekly journal clubs, in-house specialty consultations, quarterly surgical training labs, and a high caseload that built real-world experience.
Now, they’re seasoned professionals and the sky is the limit. Several of our seasoned ERclinicians made more than $350K.
