Job description
Allstate Insurance seeks an Early Career Trial Attorney to handle bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, arbitrations, mediations and occasional trials. Provides counsel to business clients, coordinates among legal teams, monitors new laws and supports strategic litigation defense.
Responsibilities include managing case lifecycle, conducting research, drafting pleadings, interviewing clients and witnesses, and participating in training to develop legal skills within in-house litigation
