Job description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our Tamarus Campus, overseeing all aspects of center operations and educational quality. The Site Director manages staff, enrollment, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with state regulations and KinderCare standards. In this role, you will coach and develop teachers, partner closely with families, and create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. You will drive center growth, maintain high-quality early childhood programs, and foster a collaborative, supportive culture for children, families, and staff.
