Job description
The YMCA is seeking an Early Learning Coach to support high-quality early childhood education across our programs. In this role, you will mentor and coach teachers, model best practices, and help implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the whole child. You will observe classrooms, provide feedback, and collaborate with staff to improve instruction, family engagement, and inclusion.
