Job description
The YMCA of Greater Rochester is seeking a Child Care Lead Teacher to plan and implement daily programs for young children, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to OCFS and NAEYC standards.
Under the Center Director, you will develop lesson plans, supervise activities, maintain a safe learning environment, and foster positive relationships with families and staff while modeling YMCA core values.
