Responsibilities: • • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with Montessori principles and foster a love of learning. • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and supported. • Facilitate hands-on activities that encourage exploration and build confidence in young learners. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback that supports individual growth and development. • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community. • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to share student achievements and address any concerns. • Incorporate structured academic enrichment to complement Montessori methods and enhance student learning outcomes. Qualifications: • • Experience in early childhood education, preferably within a Montessori or similar educational setting. • Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with both Montessori principles and traditional academics. • Proven track record of fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with parents, guardians, and fellow educators. • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and monitor student development. • Experience in encouraging creativity and curiosity through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences. • Commitment to professional growth and collaboration within a supportive educational community. Compensation: $17 - $23 hourly
