nResponsibilities:
nn Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
n Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
n Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
n Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
n Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
n Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
n nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nn Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university.
n Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
n Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
n Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
n Effective verbal and written communication skills.
n Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
n Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
n Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
