# Early Intervention Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Los Angeles, CA## Early Intervention SLPA Job – Los Angeles, CASpeech Improvement Center is adding an **Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist Assistant** to our in-home therapy team in Los Angeles. You’ll help infants, toddlers, and young children reach their speech and language goals through hands-on sessions in their own homes, supervised by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.### Key Duties* In-home therapy with young children, focused on communication skills and individual goals* Implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP* Support with speech screenings* Administration and scoring of standardized tests under SLP guidance* Accurate, current documentation of client progress and treatment adjustments* Active collaboration with SLPs and SLPAs, including regular team meetings### Qualifications* Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field* Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Able to work independently and as part of a team with guidance from a licensed SLP**Location:** Los Angeles, CA **Setting:** In-home **Schedule:** Part-time (mornings)Learn more about our early intervention services, explore more SLPA jobs, or visit our Los Angeles clinic.**Date Posted:** 09/21/2026**Employment Type:** Part-time**Job Location:** Los Angeles - CA**Working Hours:** 9AM-1PM**Base Salary:** $30-$50**SIC Job Category:** SLPA
