# Early Intervention Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – San Bernardino, CA## Early Intervention SLPA Opportunity in San Bernardino, CAWe’re hiring an **Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)** to help young children in San Bernardino build strong communication foundations. You’ll deliver therapy in families’ homes as part of a supportive team led by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.### Qualifications* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field* Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Able to work independently and within a team under the guidance of a licensed SLP### Responsibilities* Deliver direct in-home therapy that improves children’s communication skills* Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising SLP* Assist in conducting speech screenings* Administer and score standardized tests under SLP guidance* Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and progress notes* Collaborate with SLPs and SLPAs and participate in regular team meetings**Location:** San Bernardino, CA **Setting:** In-home **Schedule:** Part-time (mornings)Learn more about our early intervention services, explore more SLPA jobs, or visit our San Bernardino clinic.**Date Posted:** 09/21/2026**Employment Type:** Part-time**Job Location:** San Bernardino - CA**Working Hours:** 9AM-1PM**Base Salary:** $30-$50**SIC Job Category:** SLPA
