nWhat You’ll Do
nConduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments.
nDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child’s communication, language, feeding, and social development needs.
nProvide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.
nIncorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.
nMonitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time.
nCommunicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child’s care team.
nMaintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable.
nCoordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team.
nRequirements
nRequired Qualifications
nMaster’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
nActive North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license.
nMinimum of one (1) year of experience with kids.
nAbility to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.
nStrong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
nClear, professional communication with families and care teams.
nPreferred Qualifications
nOne (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home-based, or community-based pediatric settings.
nExperience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays.
nFamiliarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements.
nComfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
nFlexible work from home options available.
