Pay and Benefits
General Managers earn a base salary of $75,000-$80,000, with short‑term monthly bonuses and an annual long‑term bonus that can add an additional $35,000-$150,000 per year. 80% of managers earn $125,000 and above.
Health insurance covers 100% of health, dental, and vision for all managers, valued at $6,400 annually.
Up to 20 paid vacation/personal days each year.

Growth and Advancement Opportunities
20 new restaurants will open across Texas over the next four years, creating 20 new General Manager positions and 120 new Assistant Manager roles.
General Managers may transition to Area Manager roles within 2-5 years, with earnings ranging from $175,000 to $400,000 per year depending on the number of restaurants managed.
Career progression: Assistant General Manager to General Manager, then to Area Manager, with a complete training program and performance milestones.
Training and Development
16‑week Coach Training Program, known as Pluckers University, covering culture, expectations, and operational standards.
Ongoing Leadership Development Programs and continuous feedback to support career growth.
Requirements
Full-service restaurant management experience.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Team‑oriented, can‑do mindset.
Intelligence, analytical skills, assertiveness, passion, energy, tenacity, and ability to inspire followership.
Ability to meet Pluckers’ high standards of guest service.
Residency outside major metropolitan areas where Pluckers is located may qualify for relocation assistance; current locations include Central Texas (Austin, San Antonio), Dallas‑Fort Worth, and Houston.
