Job description
SalesDraft is seeking a District Sales Manager for The Atlantic District with flexible East Coast location. The role emphasizes building and leading a high-performing sales team, growing a personal book of business, and owning the pipeline and revenue growth in your market.
You will recruit, train, and coach, setting the culture and pace of the operation while reporting to and representing the district region. Compensation is highly performance-based with uncapped upside.
