Job description
Richemont Americas is seeking an East Retail Regional Director to lead the retail network, inspire teams, and execute the brand vision with exceptional client hospitality. Based in New York City or Miami, you will drive KPIs, oversee boutique performance, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
You will coach managers, develop boutique-level business plans, manage P&L, control expenses, and collaborate with VP and HR on staffing.
