As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll serve as the face of Easy Wireless—connecting people with essential mobile and internet services while enjoying paid training, advancement opportunities, and strong earning potential.
nWhat You’ll Do
nnAct as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community outreach events.
nEnroll qualified customers in government-subsidized wireless programs (Lifeline).
nMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
nEngage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support for devices.
nOperate mobile tents and booths—set up, tear down, and manage inventory.
nMeet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.

n nWhat You Bring
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)
nReliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
n1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience (preferred)
nStrong communication skills – both written and verbal
nBasic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry)
nComfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods
nBilingual skills are a plus!
