Job description
Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing services within our evidence-based eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. In this role, you will supervise and mentor nursing staff, oversee clinical care and assessments, and ensure safe, recovery-focused treatment in residential and outpatient settings. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and dietitians, support crisis intervention, uphold regulatory and safety standards, and drive quality improvement, all within a compassionate, learning-focused, and ethically grounded culture.
