Job title: E BANKING SUPERVISOR
Reports to: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Department: E BANKING
FLSA status: exempt SUMMARY: Oversee the efficient operation of the E banking department. Ensures all E banking functions are completely and properly performed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
Trains, supervises, motivates and develops the E Banking department
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the department, identifying problem areas and taking corrective action
Oversees training of E banking specialists
Performs all E banking functions
Handles customer complaints
Keeps staff informed of pertinent changes in operation policy and procedures
Prepares E banking disciplinary notices as required
Ensures ongoing adherence with compliance procedures
Develops and implements department policies and procedures
Ensures excellent customer service skills are practiced by all E banking specialists
Gathers information as needed by auditors and regulators
Maintains knowledge of changes to banking regulations, bank policies and bank procedures
Ensures new products are implemented properly and staff are properly trained
Serves on various committees as assigned by management
Performs other duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises all new accounts and customer service representatives
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. At least three years banking experience
Strong supervisory and coaching skills
Mastery of rules and regulations concerning the e Banking department
Critical thinking and reasoning skills, strong decision making and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Customer service skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent grammatical & spelling skills
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn & use specific software

Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities & workflow

Full time position
Normal working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday
Some overtime may be required
Must be available & willing to work at another branch if needed
Professional dress code is required
