While we're keeping the firm's identity confidential during the early stages of the search, this is an outstanding opportunity to lead the firm's enterprise-wide eBilling function within one of the legal industry's most respected finance organizations.

The Opportunity
/n
As the firm's eBilling Manager, you'll oversee the complete lifecycle of electronic invoice submissions across hundreds of client matters while partnering with attorneys, finance leadership, billing professionals, and clients to ensure compliance, maximize collections, and continuously improve operational performance. Beyond day-to-day management, you'll play a key role in shaping the firm's future eBilling strategy through automation, workflow optimization, reporting enhancements, and technology initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
/n
• Lead the firm's enterprise-wide eBilling operation across multiple U.S. offices
/n
• Manage electronic invoice submissions through a wide range of client-required eBilling platforms
/n
• Ensure compliance with outside counsel guidelines, billing requirements, and submission deadlines
/n
• Develop firmwide best practices that improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency
/n
• Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and process optimization
/n
• Resolve complex invoice rejections, submission errors, and platform issues that impact collections
/n
• Partner closely with attorneys, finance leadership, billing teams, and clients to navigate unique billing requirements
/n
• Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the eBilling team
/n
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
/n
• Leverage reporting, accounting systems, and technology to improve visibility into billing performance
/n
• Participate in major finance initiatives, software implementations, and operational improvement projects
/n

We're Looking For
/n
• 5+ years of senior eBilling, billing, or legal finance experience within an international law firm
/n
• Previous leadership experience managing high-performing teams
/n
• Advanced knowledge of eBillingHub and law firm eBilling operations
/n
• Strong understanding of outside counsel billing guidelines and client billing requirements
/n
• Experience managing invoice submissions, rejection resolution, and complex client billing workflows
/n
• Background improving processes, implementing automation, or leading operational enhancements
/n
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
/n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across finance, attorneys, operations, and firm leadership
