Role: eCommerce Coordinator - Amazon
Location: New York City, NY
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical eCommerce Coordinator to support Amazon sales operations, pricing strategy, promotional execution, and account performance. This role is heavily focused on data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization, requiring someone who enjoys working with large datasets, identifying trends, and turning insights into action. The position will play a key role in supporting revenue growth by analyzing promotional effectiveness, monitoring pricing and inventory performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve Amazon account results.
Additional Responsibilities:
Analyze sales performance, promotional results, inventory trends, and pricing data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools to support business decision-making.
Use data insights to recommend improvements to promotional strategies, product visibility, conversion rates, and account performance.
Monitor key Amazon metrics and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience working with large datasets, sales reporting, inventory analytics, or performance metrics.
Comfort presenting findings and translating data into actionable business insights.

Salary range is $68-75K
