Work in a collaborative setting with other coordinators, photographers, and merchants as you prepare products to sell online.Job FunctionsWork up to 32 hours/week, on an as needed basisManage the flow of products through production studio to sell onlineWrite product descriptions for 15 unique styles each hourAnswer and resolve any merchandise issues from merchant and Ecommerce teamsAssist in online merchandising of businesses as neededManage product information edits and website maintenancePartnership, Support, and IntegrationManage flow of product in and out of the photo studio, working closely with photographers and central fulfillment center staffOrganize products to ensure maximum efficiency to list products to website dailyBuild and maintain cross functional relationships with peers, managers, and staffExperience/QualificationsHigh School diplomaRetail experience preferredExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skillsStrong attention to detail with a customer-first approachExcellent verbal and written communicationNatural leadership abilities and team-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelComfortable with technology and the ability to learn new programs and platformsAbility to work constructively in a team environment where brainstorming and collaboration are standardAbility to work varying hours and schedules that may include days, mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of company standard software, systems, and proceduresMust enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-process environmentPhysical DemandsMust have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be able to climb stairs to access StudioMust be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 poundsThis position is based in our Photo Studio at th Ave E, Bradenton, FL 3420
