If you're looking for a workplace where ideas matter, people come first, and growth is encouraged, you'll make waves here.The E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced 3PL environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, on time, and in alignment with quality and brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders according to established proceduresVerify order accuracy including items, quantities, and customization requirementsPrepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials and labelingInspect products for defects, damages, or print errors prior to shipmentEnsure packaging meets quality, branding, and carrier requirementsFlag quality issues or discrepancies to leads or managers promptlyAssist with inventory organization, restocking, and cycle counts as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport workflow adjustments during peak volume periodsAccurately update order status and fulfillment actions in warehouse or order management systemsFollow SOPs for fulfillment, safety, and quality controlReport recurring issues or inefficiencies to leadershipWork closely with fulfillment, print, logistics, and customer support teamsSupport cross-training and team coverage as business needs evolveQualificationsAbility to follow detailed instructions and standard operating proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production environmentDependable, punctual, and team-orientedPrevious experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, warehouse, or production rolesFamiliarity with shipping carriers and labeling systemsExperience working with pick/pack or warehouse management systemsSkills & CompetenciesHigh level of accuracy and consistencyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyStrong work ethic and accountabilityWillingness to learn new processes and equipmentPositive, team-focused attitudePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 40–50 pounds as neededRepetitive motions including lifting, packing, and scanningWork EnvironmentWarehouse or production environmentMay require overtime or flexible scheduling during peak seasonsWhy You'll Love It Here:The Challenge: Every day is an opportunity to sharpen your skills and take on new challenges.The Team: Join a group of like-minded professionals who are serious about their work but enjoy the journey.The Growth: We believe in promoting from within and investing in our people—your career path is yours to shape.The Perks: We invest in our people, with a growing list of comprehensive benefits, and a work environment that celebrates both successes and learning moments.401(k)Dental, Vision & Health InsuranceProfit sharingLife InsuranceSupplemental Benefits1 hour paid lunchSchedule:Monday - Friday9 am - 5 pm
