Job description
Lola Blankets seeks a seasoned Director of Ecommerce to own the web experience end to end—from site roadmap and onsite merchandising to search optimization and conversion performance. You will lead data-driven testing and optimization, shaping the ecommerce P&L with the VP, Growth.
You'll manage a cross-functional team, partner with marketing, product and engineering, and drive scalable discovery and activation across desktop and mobile, including SEO, GEO, and new product launches.
