Job description
Floor & Decor seeks a Personalization Specialist to own and execute our website and eCommerce personalization strategy. You will use customer data, segmentation, and testing to deliver tailored digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
You will collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and UX to align personalization with business goals, design A/B and multivariate tests, monitor metrics such as CTR, AOV, and revenue per visitor, and maintain a data-driven roadmap.
