Job description
We are seeking an Ecommerce & Loyalty Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding and implementation for grocery retail ecommerce and loyalty solutions. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in ecommerce, retail technology, onboarding, or SaaS implementations.
This role requires someone who is semi-technical, organized, customer-oriented, and comfortable configuring online storefronts, gathering requirements, coordinating testing, and guiding clients through onboarding and go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support
Gather business and technical requirements from clients and translate them into platform configuration needs
Configure ecommerce storefronts, including store setup, departments and categories, pickup and delivery options, fees, merchandising, promotions, content updates
Work with item, catalog, and pricing files in CSV and Excel
Review and validate product data, including: items, UPCs, pricing, promotions, categories, images, product availability, store-level settings
Coordinate testing efforts with customers, POS partners, and internal teams
Test loyalty workflows including shopper identification, enrollment, digital coupons, promotions, redemption, and transaction flows
Execute end-to-end ecommerce testing from product search through checkout, payment, order placement, and fulfillment
Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
Train retailer teams on ecommerce and loyalty administration tools
Identify issues, troubleshoot where possible, and escalate appropriately to engineering or technical teams when needed
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in ecommerce onboarding, SaaS implementation, retail technology, loyalty programs, POS-related environments, or similar client-facing implementation roles
Strong understanding of ecommerce concepts, online storefront functionality, and onboarding workflows
Experience gathering requirements and coordinating directly with customers
Comfortable working with Excel/CSV data files , including reviewing product, pricing, and category information
Strong testing and quality assurance mindset
Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a client-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in grocery retail or with retail ecommerce platforms
Familiarity with POS ecosystems and integrations
Exposure to systems such as Toshiba, NCR, ECRS, LOC, TRUNO, or similar platforms is a plus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and strong Excel skills
Ability to understand basic data mapping and recognize when technical issues require escalation
The ideal candidate can confidently speak with retail clients, understand their business needs, configure the ecommerce platform, review item and pricing files, understand mapping requirements, support testing, and help drive successful launches. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working in a semi-technical environment and collaborating across customers, operations, and technical teams.
