Job description
The City of Bowie seeks an experienced Economic Development Director to organize, direct, and evaluate programs aimed at diversifying the tax base and promoting Bowie as a premier location for business and investment. The role reports to the City Manager and leads the Economic Development Team.
Ideal candidates have municipal government experience and the ability to communicate complex information to the City Council and stakeholders while balancing economic objectives with community priorities.
