Job description
Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP in San Francisco, Los Angeles or Palo Alto seeks an ECVC associate to join its expanding ECVC group. The candidate will work on forming, financing, and mergers & acquisitions for startups and venture funds.
The ideal candidate has at least four years of ECVC experience, stellar academic credentials, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Quantitative and Excel skills are preferred, with a hybrid work model.
