Job description
Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, TX is seeking an ED Boarder RN to manage admitted patients boarding in the Emergency Department, until inpatient bed placement. This role emphasizes continuity of care, safety, and patient experience during transition.
Requirements include ADN; TX RN license; BLS; 2 years acute care experience preferred; ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to dynamic care environments. FT daytime schedule 7am-7pm.
