Job description
Trinity Health Livingston Hospital in Brighton, MI is seeking an ED Case Manager to coordinate admission processes in the emergency department, ensuring the right care at the right time. You will review admission appropriateness and communicate with Patient Access, supporting discharge planning and patient flow.
This is a full-time benefited position with 36 hours per week and weekend/holiday rotation. Orientation lasts 6–8 weeks, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
