Job description
Emory Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Charge Nurse to lead a unit shift, mentor staff, and coordinate daily operations to ensure patient- and family-centered care. This role communicates with physicians and administrators, models evidence-based practice, and drives performance improvements while managing resources and scheduling.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has at least one year of nursing experience, and an active RN license in Georgia.
