Job description
Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL seeks an experienced RN Mentor to lead the nursing mentorship program across units. You will model best practices, educate staff, and collaborate with nursing leadership to develop a robust orientation for new hires and students.
This role requires strong clinical expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to guide nurses toward competent practice in a high‑acuity setting. Onsite, first shift with mentoring responsibilities across teams.
