UNIVERSITY OF ROCHESTER MEDICINE - FINGER LAKES HEALTH in Geneva, NY invites a Director of Nursing – Emergency Departments to lead two EDs, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital and Geneva General Hospital. You will shape strategy, patient flow, and clinical operations, while partnering with physicians and hospital leadership to deliver safe, high-quality care.
The role requires a Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Admin, extensive ED leadership experience, and a track record of coaching
