Job: EDI AMS Service Delivery Manager/Application Support & EDI Operations Manager
AMS Delivery Manager – Supply Chain & Finance Applications/
EDI Support and Service Governance Manager
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time- Long term- onsite
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end AMS service delivery for Supply Chain, Finance, and EDI application portfolios.
Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and lead service governance activities.
Manage major incidents, stakeholder communications, RCA, and problem management.
Oversee change management, releases, and CAB participation.
Drive service reporting, dashboards, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage distributed AMS support teams, vendors, and customer escalations.
Lead automation, knowledge management, shift-left strategies, and AI-driven support enhancements.
Required Experience
10+ years of IT experience.
5+ years managing AMS/Application Support engagements.
Strong experience in EDI operations and integrations.
Experience supporting Supply Chain and Finance applications.
Experience leading globally distributed support teams.
Ideal Candidate
