Job description
Delaware State University is seeking a Department Chair for Education in the College of Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences. The chair reports to the Dean and represents the department to the administration and external partners while mentoring faculty and staff and administering departmental operations.
Key duties include curriculum development, program assessment, budgeting, faculty evaluations, and coordination of graduate and undergraduate offerings.
