Job description
The Pillars Colleyville-Bedford seeks a Director of Education to shape curriculum excellence and teacher development across our Texas centers. This classroom-focused leader will spend ~80% of time modeling best practices for early learners and coaching teachers, with the remaining time on administrative tasks, data analysis, and planning professional development.
