Job description
Venus Independent School District in Venus, Texas seeks a Human Resources Director to lead district HR functions. Reports to the Superintendent; salary range $84,150–$119,034 per year; exempt position in the Human Resources department.
The Director will oversee professional and support staffing, wage administration, leave, performance appraisal, employee relations, and benefits, ensuring compliance with laws and district policies. Requires strong knowledge of HR processes and budget management.
