Job description
NACBA seeks a Legal Director to provide leadership, oversight and legal counsel across civil rights, education, employment and tort matters. The role includes managing external counsel, guiding litigation before state and federal courts, and advising the Board of Education on policy and compliance.
The successful candidate will supervise lawyers and staff, develop strategic plans, and ensure timely, accurate legal guidance to support equity and excellence in MCPS operations.
