Job description
Zeta is seeking an Operations Director to lead school-wide operations across multiple New York City campuses. A Bachelor’s degree and high-pressure operations leadership experience are required, preferably with K–12 school settings.
You will oversee safety, facilities, finance, and technology, manage the SBOT, drive the ZOE Action Plan, and coordinate with Network Operations and Finance teams. The role offers a clear growth path and a competitive benefits package.
