Job description

SUNY Brockport seeks an inspiring leader to serve as the Director of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP). The Director will provide overall leadership, coordinate the program, and ensure SUNY EOP guidelines compliance while advancing recruitment, persistence, and completion goals.

The EOP serves over 300 students annually with a budget around $1.5 million. The director will supervise 8–12 staff, foster campus partnerships, and promote equity and student success across programs.
