Job description
Charter Next Generation is seeking a Director of EHS to lead a world-class EH&S team at our Lexington, OH facility. You will partner with plant leadership to drive world-class performance, oversee regulatory compliance, and develop strategies that reduce operational risk while advancing safety culture.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in EH&S or related field with 10+ years of safety leadership in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
