Southwestern Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an on-site, full-time EHR Billing Analyst to join our team of professionals. This role partners closely with Patient Financial Services to provide EHR support, lead billing-related projects, and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance. You'll work across departments and directly with vendors, leadership, and front-line staff to support system enhancements and the continued development of our EHR billing modules.WHY WORK FOR SOUTHWESTERN?AFFORDABLE Health, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life Insurance that starts day ONE of employment!401K Employer Contribution & MatchStudent Loan Assistance ProgramPhysical & Financial Wellness ProgramsGenerous Paid Time Off PlanCompetitive Total Compensation ProgramOn-site training available for qualified candidatesWe are GROWING!!!WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?Analyze and understand the business needs of all corporations.Lead and/or participate on project teams during research, implementation, and upgrades of systems.Consult with managers and end users to continuously improve systems and increase operating efficiency.Establish and maintain system manuals and training materials.Develop and update the EHR billing modules on an ongoing basis as it relates to industry standards, changes in guidelines, process improvement initiatives and compliance protocols.Handles billing software issues by consulting with the Applications team, Patient Financial Services and vendor support.Works with teams on projects related to new programs or services and/or changes in payer protocols, fee schedules and other financial components.Ensures continuous collaboration with leadership and front-line staff related to the functions of the revenue cycle process and other performance improvement opportunities.QualificationsWHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or related field.
