Job description
Guidehouse in Chicago is seeking a Change Management and Adoption Consultant to support an EHR implementation on-site. You will prepare end users, deliver training, analyze workflows, and assist go-live and sustainment activities.
The role requires US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust, a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in change management or training, Oracle Health/Cerner EHR experience, strong MS Office skills, and travel up to 75–100%.
