This role provides essential administrative and program coordination support to ensure the smooth operational efficiency of our IT initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic public health IT environment in the heart of downtown Richmond.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track day-to-day administrative operations within the IT department.Manage, organize, and maintain digital documentation, program files, and tracking spreadsheets.Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, handling inquiries and scheduling needs.Assist with procurement tracking, invoicing routing, or onboarding documentation as required.Ensure departmental compliance with standard operating procedures and agency guidelines.Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience in administrative support, program tracking, or an office coordination role (IT environment experience is a plus but not required).Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.Condition of Employment: Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background check prior to starting.
